Flip Flop Inn offers all the best of the Weiss Lake lifestyle living, including lake views, convenient access to both community pools, and a short walk to the boat ramp and community docks. The one-level home features an open floor plan that can accommodate four adults and four children, offering flexible options for families and groups of friends. A 7’ x 30′ front deck features an east-facing view of Weiss Lake and provides comfortable shade from the afternoon sun. Bedding includes a king bed in the master bedroom; a guest room with two bunk bed units, sleeping up to four children or young adults; and another guest room with a queen bed and sliding door access to the front deck.

Chesnut Bay has 2 Beach Areas with Chairs and Umbrellas furnished . Boat and Jet Rentals on Site. 2 Pools, Basketball court and Swing set for the kids. Free Kayaks, water bicycles also on the Great Escapes side there is 2 playgrounds , basketball court, ice cream shop, gift shop, waterpark, jumping pillow, corn hole, horse shoes.

The Neighborhood:
Chesnut Bay Resort and Great Escapes RV resorts and Pirates Bay Waterpark are nestled in a small community on Weiss Lake in Leesburg , Alabama.

Getting Around:
Great Escapes rent golf carts for 75.00 @ day and you have to be 21 years old to rent one and 18 to drive. No outside
golf carts are allowed. We are only a short distance to Dollar General in Leesburg and 10 minutes from Walmart. We have several local food recomendations.

Other Things to Note:
Maximum 8 guests. No smoking. No pets. For health and safety reasons be aware, when occupying the home, the owners do have their personal pets in the unit.

TERMS
Four night minimum for peak season weekend stay. Four night minimum for holiday weekend stay during peak season. Three night minimum for Thanksgiving and Christmas. $190 cleaning fee and 10% Alabama lodging tax applicable per rental. Cherokee County surcharge tax $2/night.

Wonderful Home Away From Home

My wife, her 2 adult children and their 2 spouses along with my 3 year old grandson and 1 year old granddaughter stayed in this beautiful, clean, and homey place. I highly recommend staying in the beautiful Flip Flop Inn. There were 5 adults and 2 toddlers that stayed here at Thanksgiving. My wife’s uncle has a home in Cedar Bluff and this location was close to his house which made it perfect because she did her cooking and ate Thanksgiving feast at her uncle’s house. She definitely could have cooked at The Flip Flop Inn because they provide you with a good selection of dishes and everything you would need to cook there. Communication was wonderful. This home was just perfect for them. Plenty of space. My wife slept in the front room which has a beautiful view and lots of windows. My son and daughter-in-law stayed in the middle room because my 3 year old grandson slept on the top bunk and his parents were comfortable on the full size bed below. My daughter & her husband had the back king size bed room & set up my granddaughter’s pack & play for her to sleep in. This house was just perfect for them. They felt so at home there & made lots of precious memories. It’s just a beautiful home. Thank you for everything!! If I could have given this home a 10 star review, I definitely would have.
