Rooms were in short supply due to spring training, this was the first time we stayed in this location. Comfortable and easy to find, Check in was a breeze. Our allergies really acted up and I think the fabric couch/chairs may have been dusty as it cleared up when we left the apartment. There was a small gummy food residue stuck to the wall behind the couch and a booger stuck on the wall in the main bedroom but otherwise the place was clean. Coffee maker had filters, fridge and microwave were newish and clean. Check out was very simple (just leave). We did not find where the dumpster was to leave our one bag of kitchen garbage. The price was right and it worked out well for us although not as comfy as some of the other places we have tried out in Phoenix.

Spring Training Get Away

This condo worked great for our baseball Spring Training get away since it was close to the ballparks in and around Mesa. While we were mostly away at games and events, the place perfectly met our needs when we took a break. The pool and hot tub are close to the condo (but not too close) and not at all crowded. It is also close to South Mountain Preserve if you want to do a good strenuous hike like we did (go early in the morning to be cool and get parking). Thanks!

We had a pleasant stay. Check in was very easy. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Parking was nice and close the apartment. We were visiting for Spring Training and the location was very close to Tempe Diablo Stadium. Neighborhood felt safe and near many good options. Host was quick to respond to questions.

Cozy condo

We rented this condo while visiting Phoenix for a family wedding. The condo was a good fit for us, 2 ample sized bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The living area is small but cozy. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful. Our only minor complaint was that while there were ample kitchen appliances ie. toaster, coffee maker etc. the minimal amount of cookware, silverware and absence of serving bowls made meal prep a challenge. Other than that we found the condo to be centrally located to stores, restaurants with a feel of being in the suburbs.
