Sun City Festival

This house was a beautiful layout and had a gorgeous back yard. Even had 2 patios to enjoy the AZ sun. Location was close to clubhouse

Beautiful property

Great host easy to get a hold of and very responsive. The house is big for 2 people, just my wife and I. We didn't need the room but nice to have the extra space. House needs a blender but that is the only thing we missed. Has 2 gas grills and 2 very useful patios with nice back yard. Great location about a 1.5 mile walk to the pool but house has a nice golf cart that we used all the time. We would definitely rent again but owner is moving in to home in June.
