This 100 square meters house is in a small square in the heart of the medieval city centre which is perched on a hill overlooking the new town. The house has two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. two bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and two balconies with an open view on Ventimiglia and the surrounding hills. The living room and the kitchen have a large flat TV where you can watch foreign channels. The house, which is furnished with antique furniture, all modern appliances and a centralized heating, has been recently renovated. Towels and bed sheets are provided as well as free wi-fi Internet access. Parking is about 200 hundred meters from the house. Shops and restaurants are a short walk from the house. The beaches are also a few hundred meters away.

Très beau séjour, bel appartement très bien situé au coeur de la vieille ville. Une remarque cependant : difficile de trouver une place de parking près de l'appartement.Vintimille et sa région valent vraiment le détour !

Schöne Überraschung!

Wir waren positiv von der Wohnung überrascht. Sie ist sehr gross und ideal für grössere Gruppen/Familien. Da sie sich in der Altstadt befindet, ist es sehr ruhig und nicht so touristisch wie am Strand. Der Strand und die Restaurants sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar (inkl. Lift, damit man nicht den Berg zur Altstadt herunter/hochlaufen muss). Es war sehr schön, vielen Dank!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, wunderbare Region, sehr nette Menschen ...

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und großzügig mitten in der winkelig-charmanten Altstadt von Ventimiglia. Man erreicht das moderne Stadtzentrum und auch das Meer fußläufig. Kunst, Kultur, Natur, schöne Städte, gutes Essen, funkelnde Weine, der sagenhafte Kaffee, die Nähe auch zu Frankreich, das Meer, die Berge und nicht zu vergessen das Hinterland, z.B. das Roja-Tal: eine ganz reichhaltige Region. Der Vermieter, Alessandro Kihlgren, hat uns schon seit der Vorbereitung der Reise wirklich vorbildlich, sehr hilfreich und freundlich betreut: sieben Sterne von fünf. Danke!

Very Nice accommodation, beautiful city!

We spent 15 days in Ventimiglia, it’s beautiful city with two very close beach, (sand and stone one). The old city is very climatic, there are few shops around easy to get too. After spending so many days we feel like being at home. Children enjoyed very spacious rooms, we are family of 5 and everyone can easy find the space for himself. The owner is very helpful, always answer the question in short time on every subject (even recommendation and booking as not everywhere people can speak English) We are highly recommend this place! Thank you for everything

très bon séjour en famille

nous sommes partis 2 semaines en Aout avec nos 5 enfants, appartement grand et spacieux avec toutes les commodités. Il y a de nombreux commerces aux alentours et le centre ville est 10 mn à pieds. La plage de galet est à 15 mn maxi .Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et Alessandro nous a bien renseigné, encore merci pour toutes vos infos. A bientôt.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung liegt in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Ventimiglia , leider mitten in der Fußgängerzone , d.h.cs 400 m zum Parkplatz , die Wohnung ist riesig und geräumig , sehr schön renoviert, der Vermieter sehr nett, reagiert gleich auf alle Wünsche. Kleiner Supermarkt , Bäcker und Metzger gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist definitiv nichts für Leute die nicht gern zu Fuß gehen , jedem anderen empfehle ich sie . Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren

Abbiamo passato una piacevole vacanza invernale nel centro storico di Ventimiglia, in una casa confortevole,ben attrezzata, collocata in una zona estremamente tranquilla. La casa si trova in una zona pedonale, e questo le dà un fascino particolare. Inoltre Il proprietario è molto disponibile. Consigliamo senz'altro questa abitazione anche d'inverno il clima mite offre la possibilità di passare molte ore all'aria aperta. Il mare è vicino e si possono fare delle piacevoli passeggiate lungo la spiaggia. Strategica posizione per fare escursioni in Francia e per visitare i piacevoli centri della riviera di ponente.
