This was a really nice place to stay the only things I would change is the rooms have no circulation there needs to be a ceiling fan or standing fan. The furniture was also very cheap and uncomfortable the mattresses you could feel the metal frame underneath. The fouton was low and could feel the structure. Other than that it was clean and in a great location. It’s also at a great price point. Many places to eat close by and free parking! They also state no hidden fees however their property doesn’t list the pet fee they DO charge.

This townhouse was so much better than any hotel or motel in the Niagara falls area. We could really relax and enjoy our stay with no worries. This townhouse was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities one could want. It is located about 4 minutes drive time from the horseshoe falls and seven or eight minutes from Clifton Hill. The area is quiet, clean, and very safe.

This condo was very clean, extremely convenient & a great fit for what we needed. Main goal: explore Niagara Falls, ON area. The WeGo bus/Lot C, as well as Walmart & Costco, were a 5 minute drive. We had 3 full days of exploration--CAN Falls & attractions, US Falls via Rainbow Bridge, Lake Ontario & Lake Erie.Renters are asked to park in space 58 (faded #s, but right in front of unit). We felt very safe in this area/complex. It appears there are many rental units in this complex. The parking lot was well lit in the evenings. Wi-fi was reliable and easy to access. The Queen beds were very comfortable. The couch was not comfortable and actually broken, but the host was very responsive about that. The unit offered everything needed for our 4 night stay, for 2 parents/2 adult kids. If a longer stay, I would think it a bit small. Host contact was good.FYIOwner requests no shoes be worn in the unit. An area for shoes is just inside the door. Many items are fully supplied such as coffee, handsoap, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, dw powder & laundry soap. We had plenty of hot water when we needed it and a/c was very efficient. The front door is conveniently locked/opened by a code. To enter the unit, you'll need to take 6 stairs to get up to the front door. Unit is on one floor, 2 BR, 2 3/4 baths (no tub). *When occupied, 3rd floor unit (also a rental?) footsteps are clearly heard. If you are a light sleeper, this may be an issue.
