Very private, tranquil and well located property. Gated property and parking. Outdoor camera, Close to everything,15 minutes from Strip, less than 12 min to airport and freeway. 5 bedrooms with 3 full bath, suitable until 15 people. Swimming spa (literally you can swim in this heated baby) and hot tub on the backyard, outdoor kitchen and dining furniture, fire-pit, turf area, outdoor sitting area, a truly oasis to have a wonderful stay. There is a work dedicated space and multi-use room. Very family friendly. I accept support animals as well. We provide everything you need for cooking, doing laundry, all items like shampoo, shower gel, soap, toothpaste, deodorant, towels, sheets, blankets. Kids items like crayons and books, toys and more. Everything you could possibly need!

Came From Texas!

This house is very beautiful! Very clean and so roomy! My family and I came from Texas for my cousins wedding. Total it was 12 ppl! So we had enough room for us all. Very easy and accommodating to our needs. The host was communicative and very sweet! It really made our first time in Vegas very enjoyable!

The place looks bigger in the pictures then it actually is. Living room furniture need an upgrade so do some mattresses. Mine had a plastic wrap on it. It took forever to get hot water upstairs and after waiting for 30 min it was warm at best. One day we woke up without power. It took them quite few hours to get it back on.

Great girls trip

We had a group of 12 girls to celebrate 40th birthday’s. Unfortunately, the renters before us had damaged the sink in the master bathroom. You would think that would put it off to a rough start, but it didn’t. The host was amazing. We realized it was out of their hands when that happens. They let us check in early while they cleaned everything up. Communication was quick and easy. We the needed the hot tub shocked and they were there within 20 mins. The place was clean and as good as the photos. The futon in the rec room definitely isn’t the most comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend it for adults, but other than that there was absolutely no complaints!

Good but had some things wrong.

It was spacious and the backyard was nice. The couch was broke. Bottom bath it takes 2 hands to turn on or off sink. Tub up stairs didn't work would not hold water. Shower upstairs no hot water. House was very dusty upon arrival. House never got cool. Floors where not clean.Lack of basic appliance such as a blender and an ironing board. Lots of beds to sleep which was nice. All the parking was nice and the Jacuzzi was great!
