Welcome to our Creekside retreat, conveniently located
within walking distance to Charming downtown Brevard and our peaceful wooded retreat. We have a spacious , well stocked kitchen and all new appliances . Outside is a deck with seating that overlooks a wooded, private backyard, leading to the creek with additional seating there. A washer and dryer are available. We are a smoke free property. Parking is available for 2 vehicles only, no trailers or boats. The owners residence is on the upper level with a separate entry, ensuring your complete privacy. Come and unwind in this peaceful haven, perfect for nature lovers and those seeking a relaxing getaway.. No early check-ins, as we need time for cleaning.

Perfect house in a perfect location

Love this house and location. It was perfect for my family (child 8yrs) as it was in a lovely, quiet neighborhood that was a less than 10 minute walk to downtown through a beautiful neighborhood. The house itself was great! The kitchen, deck and nature trail in the back were our favorite places. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Brevard house

Owners live in the basement. Very nice elderly couple. I could hear their tv thru the floor and a few noices. Pretty much everything you can need is there. Street parking only. Very nice property, clean. Comfortable beds, 1 queen 2 twin. Had to google directions on coffee maker. No on button to start it, had to use timer. Nice deck and screen porch. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Brevard Gem

This lovely home exceeded our expectations! Spacious, clean and newly renovated with a full deck overlooking a veggie garden. The deck furnished with a grill, baskets of flowers, a large dining table with umbrella and corn toss. Steps from the deck lead to a lovely wooded area and creek with chairs to enjoy a quiet spot. There was a screened in porch which was my sister's favorite morning spot, clean and spacious laundry room. Wonderful neighborhood walking distance to downtown Brevard, which is also lovely and interesting. Everything was done so nicely, the bedrooms, and bathrooms, the kitchen, dining area and living room too! And the hosts are so friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend!!!

We love peaceful, quiet neighborhood. we walk to town eat, shop, Saturday Farmers Market , or for exercise . In our backyard you're in the woods with the babbling creek in the backyard.
