Small guest cottage on a Barter’s Island private estate. Close to Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens and All that Boothbay Harbor has to offer.
Wake up and fall asleep to ocean breezes and sparkling water.
With the exception of the kitchen all living and sleeping areas are on the second floor.
Firepit with chairs on oceanfront lawn available until 9 pm
Mooring available for extra fee. Firewood available for fee
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
