Sunny and airy four bedroom, two bathroom home in Montauk's desirable Culloden Shores. Located on just three homes up from Culloden's private sound beach, this home has all you need for an easy, fun summer! The first level is home to the kitchen, dining room, living room, two beds and one bath. The kitchen adjoins with a deck and eating area and fenced-in backyard with additional seating. On the second level you'll find two additional bedrooms with decks and a second full bath. Additional features include an outdoor shower and gas grill. The house is less than a mile walk to Gosman's dock with seafood and sushi restaurants, cocktail bars, ice cream shops, small boutiques shops and boat watching.
