Great place right by the water

Emily and Tom’s place is the perfect spot in Montauk. Easy to get to, quiet, relaxing and right on the water. They were immediate to respond and have a clean and beautiful place. Would stay again!

Lovely little spot in Montauk

This is a perfect spot for a weekend stay by yourself or with someone else. Close to so much and easy check-in. We went to do a race in Montauk and had a wonderful time.

A really comfy studio, a few blocks from the beach. There are stores within walking distance for all your needs. Emily was very responsive to the few questions we had. Definitely recommend.

Perfect for a long weekend getaway!

The space was perfect for our weekend getaway! The inside was clean and had everything you needed, the outside was perfect for hanging out in the pool or looking at the stars at nigh by the fireplaces! I can't thank the hosts enough for being quick with their responses when a question was asked. Also location is great and we enjoyed all the bars/marinas that were within walking distance that the locals raved about! Town was a short drive away too! Perfect!

Soothing Sun N Sound

Great experience every step of the way. Tom was very attentive to our questions and very accommodating. The unit is in a perfect location - overlooking Block Island Sound and away from the hustle and bustle of town but in walking distance to restaurants and shops and Gosman’s Market which has the finest and freshest seafood you can get. The unit is cozy and comfortable with a killer view of the Sound and a patio offering perfect views for sunsets. The patio is private and tucked in and the sound of the waves will put you in a relaxed state right away. Definitely would stay in Tom and Emily’s place again!

Absolute perfect!!

Everything is amazing about this rental! The location is perfect! Everything inside the studio apartment made you feel welcome. Walking out the patio directly on the water was amazing. Not sure if it’s mentioned in the ad. There are three separate fire pits outside, which are an amazing at night! Laid-back atmosphere. Walking distance to Gossman‘s and shops a four minute drive to 7-Eleven for my coffee in the morning. Although they do provide a coffee maker.. we were fortunate enough to see a seal right off the back on the water. The pool is clean and refreshing. I absolutely cannot wait to get back!

Beautiful Ocean Views

Our second stay at Sun N' Sound was nothing short of spectacular. This time, we secured a unit with a direct ocean view, and what a game-changer that was. The views and sunsets from our balcony were nothing short of breathtaking, casting a serene spell over our entire stay. The owners were exceptionally accommodating. It's not every day that you encounter dedicated hosts, and it made our stay even more enjoyable. The unit itself was a delight. It was evident that it had undergone recent remodeling, as everything appeared fresh and modern. The location of Sun N' Sound is, without a doubt, one of its prime assets. It offers the perfect blend of privacy and convenience. Being situated right on the oceanfront, we relished in the tranquil surroundings and the soothing sounds of the waves. Yet, when we wanted to venture into town, a short drive was all it took to access all the amenities and attractions we desired. It was the ideal balance for a vacation – a peaceful retreat with easy access to everything we needed.

Excellent spot!

The water view and sunset alone makes this an incredible location to sit back and relax. The space is clean and well-maintained, and close to restaurants, the beach, shopping, etc. Easy access to the pool as well—literally steps away from the front door. The hosts were very nice as well. Would definitely stay here again!
