Super Cozy Cottage is updated, fully stocked and close to Downtown Thomasville!

This home was completely remodeled to offer all brand new furniture and appliances for your enjoy! All new memory foam mattresses and linens for the ultimate comfort while you’re here. The large kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and we also have a new washer and dryer in the laundry room. This house has a cute side porch with a wooden swing for you to relax and enjoy! There’s also a new Weber Gas Grill for those who like to grill. Both bedrooms have big Smart Tvs as does the living room. You will love all of the furnishings and appointments out there for you to enjoy your stay. There’s even a full Keurig coffee station in the kitchen for you to enjoy!! The Wifi is fast in case you have electronic devices with you or want to do some work during your stay!

This is a cute little cottage and perfect for a short or longterm getaway. The home was very cozy and comfortable. I felt safe in the area, considering that I knew nothing about the area and was meeting an old college friend that I had not seen in years. There were nice personal touches that really added to the space being a welcoming environment. Definitely cheaper and more personal than being in a hotel. The host was welcoming, kind and communicated timely. I enjoyed my stay!

Why they chose this property

Pecan Grove is an established subdivision a little less than a mile from downtown. It is centrally located from all of our most popular shopping and dining venues!

What makes this property unique

Kim owned this home when we were married and we decided to keep it and completely remodel it for a super nice rental property. It has been thoroughly enjoyed by many guests since we listed it on AIRBNB and VRBO in 2022. We purchased all brand new appliances and furnishings to make it modern and very comfortable and nice for our guests to enjoy! We even purchased a brand new Weber grill to put out on the side porch for our guests to enjoy while on the porch swing!
