Located on the fourth floor, this contemporary retreat offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms and room for up to 10 guests. Enjoy views of Clearwater Harbor from the private balcony, keep an eye out for dolphins and walk to the beach in approximately three minutes.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and breakfast-bar seating.



The dining table seats six guests, while the comfortable living room includes a large Smart flat-screen TV for movie nights and relaxed evenings at home.



The condo has been fully remodeled with updated furnishings, appliances, AC and heating systems, Smart TVs in each room and patio furniture on the spacious balcony.



Bedrooms and Bathroom Layout

Harborview Oasis offers three comfortable bedrooms:



Primary bedroom: King-size bed, private balcony access and ensuite bathroom with shower and separate soaking tub

Second bedroom: Two queen-size beds

Third bedroom: King-size bed and twin bunk bed

Hallway bathroom: Tub/shower combination, shared by the second and third bedrooms

The building is located on the canal/Intracoastal side of Clearwater Beach, just steps from South Clearwater Beach and approximately a three-minute walk from the sand.

The pedestrian-friendly Clearwater Beach setting places restaurants, shops, ice cream, mini golf, water sports and live music within walking distance.
