The Space:
Entire 1-BR apartment on the mountainside of Okemo.

- Ludlow Parks & Recreation Department - 9 minutes drive
- Ludlow Recreation Area - 7 minutes drive
- Okemo State Forest - 17 minutes drive
- Camp Plymouth State Park (Camping, Fishing and Picnic area) - 16 minutes drive

Accessible with smart lock through front door.

The Neighborhood:
Located on the mountain, minutes to food and dining in Downtown Ludlow.

Getting Around:
Car required, AWD or 4WD with snow tires highly recommended November-March.

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.

Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.

Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.

Air conditioning: there is central AC at this property. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).

Water Feature: Swimming is not permitted in the pond.

Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home! The house only allows one dog and there’s a $150 fee plus tax for. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that the dog stays leashed outdoors and that you clean up after him. Please note that cats aren’t permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.

Hidden gem

This property is a must stay! The unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Unit is clean, no smells whatsoever… basically like new! Communication was excellent all the way from start to finish. The location is 12 out of 10 for proximity to the slopes and access to what is basically a private lift for the residents of this condo community. There is also a pool and hot tub that are just steps away and made it so relaxing after a full day of skiing. So many great things to say about this place!

Mountain Gem

The location was super convenient because it was a 5 minute drive to town but it was also exclusive with a gated entrance and private quiet community. The best part was the convenience of the lift steps away from our door which allowed the ability to travel all over the mountain from our door. The condo was super clean and featured all of the amenities we could ask for. The host was super communicative and the stay was seamless. There is a beautiful heated pool and gym on premises that was also well appointed. We highly recommend.
