Belle Mer 203 - FREE BEACH SETUP March-October!

This luxurious upscale beach resort condominium on the Island of Navarre Beach, is newly decorated and beautifully designed with elegant but comfortable decor including two recliners and a large tv in the family room. The views of the emerald green water and sugar white sand beaches are spectacular. After all, Belle Mer means 'Beautiful Sea'.

The amenities in this beach front condo include three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The Master Suite has a King bed, dressing room, stall shower and jetted tub. Guest room #2 has a King bed with private bath, tub and shower and Guest room #3 has two Queen beds with private bath, tub and shower. All rooms have cable TV's. The new sofa has a chaise and will sleep an adult or two children. There is free Wifi in the unit. There is a large balcony that faces Southwest and most of the year you are able to enjoy sunset from the balcony.

The Kitchen is very large and well equipped with the casual chef in mind. You will not find a better view anywhere from Pensacola Beach to Panama City Beach while dining on your own private balcony. The Great room has a 65" TV.

We offer a fitness center, meeting room, lighted tennis courts, and a beautiful elevated pool with a direct ocean view and relaxing hot tub. Across the street is a nice walking and biking trail. The seven mile road heading west in front of the condo winds through the National Seashore with spectacular views to Pensacola Beach. You will enjoy the abundant wild life including herons, pelicans, dolphins, sea turtles, sting rays, and various shore birds. The public beach to the East features the longest fishing pier in Florida and the Gulf. Navarre Beach is the ideal location to spend an uncomplicated, uncrowded beach vacation, boating, surfing, shelling, kayaking, sight seeing, swimming, shopping, eating out, or just relaxing and enjoying the enticing colors of the Gulf. What more could one ask for?

We invite you to experience our little glimpse of heaven on earth.

**The odor mentioned in some of the comments has been found. We had a leak underneath the bathtub. It has been repaired and professionally dried and sanitized by a plumbing and remediation company. I have installed an air doctor that cleans the air and shows the quality of the air.

Great condo

We have been coming to Navarre for 9 years and this condo has became our favorite to stay in. The beach wasn't crowded and the condo was very spacious. We will definitely be staying here again!

The location, beach, and view from this condo were absolutely beautiful, and the condo itself was spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of seven. The pool was also beautiful, although there was nowhere to get out of the sun or find shade.Unfortunately, the condo itself was very dated and needed quite a bit of maintenance and deep cleaning. The walls were dirty and needed repainting, and the carpet was old and dirty. The kitchen faucet was very dirty, and there was actually sludge/grime hanging from the faucet in the bar area. The dryer did not dry our clothes and left everything wet. The refrigerator indicated that the water filter needed to be changed, and the water was undrinkable, so we couldn't use the refrigerator water or ice.It was also very minimally stocked for seven people staying five days. Only three rolls of toilet paper were provided, there were very few bath towels, and no beach towels.Overall, you're really renting this condo for the gorgeous view, beach access, and spacious layout. We enjoyed those things very much, but the condo itself definitely needs updating, maintenance, and a thorough deep cleaning. Hopefully these are issues the owners may not be aware of and can address for future guests.

Amazing!!!!

Best location and condo we have stayed at in many years. Beach access was wonderful, spacious condo for the entire family, parking excellent and pool was sparkling clean. We had the best week and looking forward to staying here again next summer.

Amazing place to stay!

This property was amazing, and we had the best time. The condo is stocked with all the appliances you could need, and the location is perfect. You are close to the beach and have access to anything you might need for your stay. The owner was very responsive to a question we had. I would 100% want to stay here again!!

Belle Mer has been and is the Premier Condo Resort on Navarre Beach. The beaches are breathtaking, and it is rarely crowded. The people in this area are truly what you think of the 'South'. Mannerly and hospitable. We love this area, it's charm and character.

Our condo has a calm and inviting charm to it. It is such a relaxing place to be. Since covid, the condo has been completely sanitized by a licensed remediation company to assure our guests comfort and confidence.
