Lovely and Private Lakefront Home!

If you are looking for the perfect long term rental on Clear Lake, then this is it. The water is cleaner here in this cove than any other on the lake. The fishing for Catfish and Bass is great...right off the dock! Swim or float around safely or just hang out on the beach or dock. Birds, otters, turtles and mink are always around. Enjoy the bedrooms, each with a Queen bed, a den with a pull out Queen bed makes it comfy for all. 2 bathrooms and a well-stocked kitchen, living room, lots of seating inside and out. The driveway is steep, but you can launch the boat right here. The screened in porch is a favorite hang out spot with the fans keeping a breeze going. Golfing, wineries, hiking and good food are all close by. This is the lake!

Location of property is great, home size is quite roomy for gatherings, our dogs had a good time, good size yard area to enjoy, loved the dock and swim platform. Screen porch a plus with a wonderful view but could use some maintenance. Nice and peaceful spot. Driveway very steep that way a surprise, lots of spiders and webs outside mostly, but wearing especially at evening time trying to enjoy outdoors. Overall we had a enjoyable vacation. Owner Christine was extremely pleasant to deal with.

This house met our expectations. Catherine is great, weather was perfect. We had a wild bunch stay next door but due to the privacy bushes between the houses, it didn't both us at all. Hopefully Catherine will have us back to visit again.

Excellent house, well stocked, plenty of room!

This was a great house for our spring vacation. The house is nice inside with plenty of space; a large front room, a great spacious sunroom to relax in, and lots of areas for kids to run around on. For bass fisherman, this is a great launching off point. The property has a great dock, both for docking in the water, and a lift for stormy seasons. The house is in a protected cove and centrally located, so it's well protected and was calm during the windier parts of the day. The house itself is well stocked with everything you need, just bring food and enjoy. Definitely will want to stay here again. The owner is also very accommodating and a pleasure to work with.

great view

The house has a great view. The kitchen has everything. We were there over thanksgiving holiday and it was nice and quite. The streets do not have sidewalks in the neighborhood, but there were not many cars since it was the holiday. The boat dock was nice to hang out on during the day. We tried fishing with no luck.There is a little market down soda bay drive that has a lot of stuff or you can venture further out to walmart or safeway for supplies. Most wineries around there do not allow dogs :( We had a great time and would return.

FANTASTIC FAMILY GETAWAY

We came up to Clear Lake for a "mini" vacation and we're completely satisfied with the rental home. It is beautifully decorated with modern fixtures. We felt right at home. Nothing like some of the places we've rented before on the lake. The view was awesome and the screened in porch made it very comfortable to sit out and enjoy the evening. My son and I caught 30 fish right of of the dock!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

AMAZING FAMILY VACATION HOME!

Everything about this house is perfect. Every room is uniquely decorated...cute, comforable, and clean. The kids and Dad enjoyed hangin' out fishing on the private dock. I enjoyed the peacefulness at night. This is an amazing family vacation home. It's the perfect location on the lake for fishing, tubing, and relaxing. We had a lot of fun and made so many great memories. We cant wait to go back (either can our dog).

Skier - Wakeboarding wonder

Many times an online description is more enticing than the actual experience. In this case that is not true. The house, the surroundings, the ambiance is more than promised. Our group of four had high expectations and they were more than met. Dining on s screened porch, looking out over calm waters proved a great family experience. To be able to tie our boat only feet away from the house was superb. All the amenities in the house were up to date, clean, and convienent. We can't wait to return

The perfect family vacation!

We loved it! It is beautiful, very cozy, and convenient too. My family - including three dogs - got away to this amazing slice of heaven and had a fantastic time. The house is everything promised and more. This location is safe and contained while having an amazing time relaxing, boating, and floating on the lake. Catherine made sure we had everything we needed and felt welcome and at home from the moment we got there. The house was very quiet at night and star gazing from the back porch and dock was amazing. It was clean and well-maintained. This is the perfect location for cooking or eating out. Did I mention the stocked kitchen and spice cabinet? A chef’s delight! Overall, the accommodations were incredible. We will definitely be back!!! If you want a peaceful getaway or a fun place for a family or friends retreat, this is it!! Thank you, Catherine! We felt right at home away from home!

Women's Weekend

We've stayed here several times and enjoy every minute. The large dining table is perfect for all my sisters. The screened porch is serene and invigorating in the early morning sunrise and in the evening it's perfect for long conversations and lots of laughter.

A Wonderful Vacation Getaway!

I spent a near perfect weekend in this beautiful spot. The views of the lake are amazing at any time of day... the porch is a perfect place to read, chat, drink coffee or wine. The house had everything we needed and was very inviting and comfortable. We had a great time taking walks in the area, cooking in and eating out, as well as visiting local shops and wineries. This will be the perfect place to be when Konocti opens again and there are conerts! You can't go wrong with this house.

Lovely and Private Lakefront Home

This home is more than a lovely lakefront home! It's cozy, meticulously decorated with many upgrades inside and out! You can sit out on the new dock fishing or just relaxing, or float in your own private cove and enjoy some of clear lakes most spectacular sunsets as seen in the pictures. It's close proximity to lots or wineries, restaurants and town activities. A wonderful place to call home!
