We had a great week staying in this condo. The location was great (3 min walk to the beach) and a lovely pool area with shade for when we needed a break from the sun. The condo was well stocked (beach chairs, towels, coolers, insulated cups, kitchen supplies, laundry in the unit) and less than a 10 min walk to Super Food for groceries as needed. The property is clean, building employees were great and got us cabs whenever we needed one. Carlo was very responsive to all of my questions before and during our stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This was the most beautiful condo I have ever stayed in! It was well stocked - from the kitchen supplies, to bathroom supplies, to many beach items to make our stay comfortable. Maria and Carlo have thought of everything! I especially appreciated all the beach chairs so my family of 4 could sit comfortably at the beach. There were even beach toys for kids, although we didn't use them because we were all adults. The complex was clean, safe, and beautiful as well!! (We especially loved the 2 resident kitties - Lily and Lola- who roamed the complex) The condo complex is only just a few minutes walk to Eagle Beach and were so glad we stayed there! This is definitely in a quiet area compared to Palm beach with very few restaurants/shops to walk to. We rented a car and drove to Palm beach area for most of our dinners, but it was a super easy drive and parking was always available. However, Eagle beach was much less crowded than Palm beach so that was nice. I definitely recommend staying in this condo!!

The property was right across the street from Eagle beach which made it easy to get a spot on the beach early. The property has extra lounge chairs I believe other guests have left so we never needed to rent chairs. They had 2 umbrellas but we never needed them. They also had insulated cups which we forgot ours so that was extremely helpful. We had issues with the a/c several nights but Carlo was very responsive and did his best to resolve to the issue. I would suggest if you have any issues to report right away instead of waiting like we did.
