The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Garbage day is Wednesday and Saturday, recycling is Saturday. Please put the beans to the street the night before and bring them back.

We love our pet friendly, but if you don't clean the yard after your dog, you will be charged $50

Check out is 10 am, if you need extra time let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you. If the cleaning lady will have to wait for you to get out you will be charged $100/hour

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Don't take glas on the sand. White towels are not for the beach. Load dirty dishes before checking out. Take the garbage out. Prop is not child proof.
