Park Shore Resort has all the amenities you could want with an on-site restaurant, Heated Pool, Hot tub, picnic area, BBQ grills, Basketball, Tennis, Pickleball courts & Exercise room. Right in the middle of Naples walking distance to numerous Restaurants & Shops within minutes to the Village Shops on Venetian Bay, Mercato, Waterside Shops, & of course Naples`s Famous Beaches, a peaceful & centrally-located place.

**PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A $115 RESORT FEE THAT IS PAYABLE UPON CHECKING IN, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THIS WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD**
For reservations made on or after April 8, 2026, this fee is already included in your total booking amount, please disregard the above.

Get an easier thermostat to use. Check TV operation before check in. Very quick response to questions. Very well stocked kitchen but please add an ice cream scoop and smaller bowl. And plates.

Love Parkshore! This unit is especially nice. The pictures do not do it justice. It’s beautifully decorated ! The kitchen has everything we needed, it even had an air fryer. The owners carefully picked out the furniture… everything from the beds , couch ,dining chairs etc. were super comfy. It was also extremely clean. We will definitely stay in this unit again. I recommend renting from Josh whenever possible, by far the best to deal with.
