It was our first time staying on St. Thomas. The host answered all my questions regarding the island services with helpful information in a timely manner. The accommodations themselves were stellar. As an architect I appreciated the floor plans. We rented all three villas-it gave our family members privacy while at the same time we could hang out together. And we had wanted a location close to the ferry to go to St. John. The cleaning staff was very accommodating and did a thorough job-it is quite the task to clean and do the laundry for what is essentially three houses.

Fabulous, Perfect, Eden in Paradise!!!!!!There are so many wonderful things to say about Casa De Petrus, it is difficult to know where to start.The property is DROP DEAD GORGEOUS. Gorgeous views from everywhere. We rented all 3 villas that shared an enormous patio with luxuriously outdoor furniture and jaw dropping views. Each villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 with spectacular views of the islands, cruise boats and Grand Bay.The property is IMMACULATE. Cleaned to perfection.The property is FABULOUSLY APPOINTED. Condiments, kleenex, laundry detergent, silverware, blenders, coffee makers, food processors, out door grill, 3 pools, enough folding beach chairs for everyone, beach towels, bath towels, extra linens, basketballs, pickleball equipment, Corn Hole equipment.....And if it wasn't there when we arrived, a single phone call brought it to us 9we requested a vacuum cleaner and a brand new one arrived the next day.SERVICE WAS SPECTACULAR! Jennel, our property manager was just a text away. Whatever we needed was provided within hours with friendliness and competence. One of the bedrooms had an A/C leak discovered on the afternoon of December 31st, and a crew arrived in the afternoon of NEW YEARS EVE!COOL RECREATIONAL SPACE. The property has a full pristine Pickle Ball Court and glass backboard basketball hoop, Corn Hole set and miniature gold. We took on the task of attempting to plan the "Ultimate Ladies Trip" for a group of 13. To support our vision, we needed one of the best villas on St. Thomas and we hit a homerun in choosing Casa De Petrus!!! The villa was considered the highlight of our trip. It is gorgeous and looks even better in person. The property has amazing views. It is very spacious!! There is plenty of space for groups to congregate while also providing lovely spaces for individuals to just read or sunbathe. We definitely could have just spent the entire week there and everyone would have still had a wonderful vacation. We made it a point to swim in all of the pools and we tried to use all of the outdoor patios. We used the Sport Court to play pickleball and tic-tac-toe. We also took pictures of the sunrise from the Sport Court too. I can't say enough about how amazing the villa is!!!! You will not be disappointed if you stay here. The place is also equipped with a lot of nice touches which made the stay even more enjoyable. Some of these included ceiling fans in each bedroom, individual air conditioning units in each bedroom, nightstands with chargers, smart tv's in the bedrooms, living rooms and various lounges, & large Bluetooth speaker for dance parties on the patio, etc. They provided plenty of washcloths, towels, and beach towels. They even had beach chairs and coolers for guest use during the stay. I will just say that the villa is exceptional! I am already planning my next trip there.

We enjoyed Pickleball as well.
We took photos and had dance parties on the patios.
