This place was spotless! Fantastic location. Plenty of places to walk to eat and shop, catch the trolly, etc. we love the character and history of the houses on the street including the one we stayed in.

Great location. Cute house with lovely outdoor space. Appreciated the parking. Communication with the host was quick and easy. We will definitely consider staying here on our next visit to Saint Augustine.

We were there one night. This house is very cozy, comfortable and fully stocked. Great location and nice neighborhood. The owner was super communicative from the minute we booked till the end of our stay. We will definitely look into staying at one of his properties next time we visit!

Every thing was wonderful. The house had all that was needed for our stay. Perfect location in which to explore the beautiful city of St Augustine. We should have stayed just a little longer.. The host was very nice, helping us with the lock the first day. Highly recommend this home.

We very much appreciated the location to attractions, the quiet neighborhood, and the cleanliness of everything there. Because three of the four of us are seniors, it would’ve been helpful to know that while the two bedrooms are upstairs, only one bathroom is upstairs while the other is downstairs. Makes for some difficult nights! LOL

An old soul with modern touches.That pretty much sums up this lovely home. Light & Bright if that's your thing, if not, pull the shades & PRESTO! Yer sleepin' in!(Who are we kidding? You're hungover.... it's St. Augustine! Clean, close to everything, SO many light switches! lolGreat little back patio and front porch! Great kitchen but you probably won't be using it with ALL the great food around. 10/10. Will recommend.
