This is a good option if you're looking for somewhere spotlessly clean and convenient to lay your head at night while you hit the beach during the day. The beach is steps away and lovely.

Great little getaway

Perfect spot for my stay! I loved being able to walk down to the beach and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Check in directions were straightforward and I had no issues getting into my room or finding the place. Host was very responsive!

I had a great stay. The proximity to the beach is fantastic and I love that the beach is only accessible by people renting or living in the neighborhood. I was looking for a quiet getaway and I got just that. The bed was great as was the AC. Communication with owners was fantastic. I will be going back. On a personal note, the house could use some curb appeal.

Studio is accurate.

Nice place, little smaller than I was expecting, but location was close to the beach, info regarding access to the property was clear and easy to follow! Parking was assigned but other occupants decided not to utilize their assigned space and took ours. Be prepared to clean the studio before you leave to include dishes and take out the trash. Was surprised by the cleaning request. Overall great weekend!

We do our best to assign dedicated parking to each unit to prevent this, but unfortunately, we can't always control how other guests utilize their spaces. We understand how frustrating that can be. Regarding the cleaning request, we only ask guests to wash any dishes they've used and if time permits to take out their trash. We have a professional cleaning service that handles all other cleaning tasks, so you shouldn't have to worry about a full studio clean before you leave. We apologize if this wasn't clear in the information provided. We appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again in the future!
