Great house in a great location to see the Grand Canyon Williams, Sedona and Flagstaff. Our little dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard. The house was a great place to relax after a day of touring.
This home is absolutely beautiful! There were 6 people in our party and there was more than enough room for everyone. We cooked breakfast and dinner almost every day that we were there. The hot tub was so refreshing! Watching the sun rise while sitting in the sunroom every morning was one of my favorite things to do. I would highly recommend staying here.
The house is very cute on a quiet street. The neighborhood is rural and close to the train tracks but quiet! Hot tub is very lovely after a day of walking. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Nice to have washer and dryer after use of the hot tub also. Thanks so much!
Great setup for our group of 9 & was a handy location for all of our activities. The negatives were the Murphy bed in the double queen room that was pictured was missing so a guest had to sleep on the couch & I asked a month ahead of time if we could tack on an extra day to our reservation & she said she'd get back with me but never did.
Thank you for staying with us, it is a brand new fridge and the ice maker is not connected yet. It is not broken it is purposely not connected. We provided you a bag of ice in the freezer. We are in line to have a plumber out to connect the ice maker but have no problem supplying a bag of ice if anyone needs it in the mean time until we wait on our local plumber to properly connect the line.
Thank you! The property was beautiful and as advertised! Plenty of space for the 6 of us with all necessary ammenties. We were a little dissapointed we couldnt grill as that was part of our plans for one evening but the host guarenteed that it would be fixed for the next guests. Overall great experience with this host. Thank you!
This is a lovely home that is thankfully very close to the Grand Canyon. My family from 3 different states enjoyed getting together here for a short weekend trip. The host was very sweet and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.
This was the perfect place to stay for out family vacation. Its was so close to downtown Williams and sledding. The outdoor grill and outdoor space was a nice bonus. We love sitting outfront to enjoy the views
Cute house very close to downtown Williams - actually about a 3 minute drive to the Train Station. The house was very clean and beds very comfortable. Shelbi was quick to respond to any questions. Rain and snow kept us inside but the hot tub and backyard looked very inviting. I would definitely stay here again.
Very clean, comfortable and centrally located. wish we could of used the fireplace but since it was not snowing was not too much a disappointment. would recommend and stay here again.
The hot tub didn’t work on night 1. The host sent someone to look at it the next day, but the hot tub still didn’t get above 98, which meant it was unusable. The gas powered fireplace was completely out of propane and the knob was fully left on. I’m assuming the previous tenants left it on, causing all the gas to leak out. Disappointing that the host didn’t check these things between guests. We largely chose this property for those outdoor amenities, and not being able to use them was frustrating and disappointing
How was great for our family! We had 11 people, including a baby and we all slept comfortably. Beds were super comfortable and the house was very nice. The hot tub felt great in the cold nights! We will definitely be using this listing when we revisit Williams.
The house suited our travel group well. Wish we could have found wine glasses, but that’s a small issue. Too bad that the host must have had such negative experiences with prior guests as they were forced to use somewhat harsh threats of issuing fines against deposits, and lecturing tone in directions throughout the house. House was nice and clean and location was good as our base to visit the Grand Canyon!
The Host thought if everything! We had a family group of 7 adults and 2 tweens. All amenities were well stocked, everything labeled and house is super clean. The whole family enjoyed their stay and the teens loved that it was close proximity to Bearizona and everything we did.
We had 4 adults and 8 kids and it was perfect for us. We had two bedrooms for the adults and a room for our girls and a room for our boys. We enjoyed the views of the train and mountains and watched the snow falling. We would stay here again
This house fit our family perfectly for a spring break trip to see the Grand Canyon! We were able to play games and cook meals together in the evening and spend the day exploring. Clean home. Great host. Beautiful view.
