Such a comfy, cozy home base for our visit to Rhode Island! Beds were freshly made and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the yard was as filled with natural beauty. Highly recommend staying in this lovely home!

This pet friendly place was perfect for my 60th birthday with friends and family. We were able to host a small party and it felt comfortable and homey. Really a great choice for a family getaway with super close proximity to stores, restaurants and beach. And the host was kind, extremely communicative and accommodating to needs and requests. Highly recommend!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable, with very nice furnishings and appliances. All the amenities provided like towels, linens, cooking supplies etc were excellent and made for a very comfortable stay. Some of our favorite things about they stay were hanging out on the nice private deck, exploring the river on the kayaks, cooking and playing games in the open family space, getting ice cream at the nearby ice cream shop, and visiting the local beaches. The house is in a great location with easy access to several nearby beaches, restaurants, Newport, and many other activities. We would definitely stay here again!

Definitely clean, which we appreciated very much. As seniors we were not fans of the stair steps going up to the front door. Younger folks would probably not have an issue. All in all though, we were in the area for a Labor Day weekend wedding and this worked great for us, would certainly recommend.
