Have a large group ask about our sister home right next door for an additional 3bedroom housing. Events are allowed depending on details and extra fees. Atlanta Stay

Initially we had a good stay besides the sliding door in the base and being broken. We had a small event which went well. The only thing that went wrong was a license plate being stolen off one of my guests cars but other than that it was a pleasant experience.

I don’t know what sliding door in basement you’re referring to we don’t have sliding fire in basement. The police checked our cameras and determined the license plate wasn’t stolen on the public street near our home. However I’m glad you had a pleasant stay even though we allowed you to have an event that we weren’t informed of in the beginning.

Great Stay !

Some friends and I booked this home for my mini birthday getaway. I had a wonderful experience, the home is even better than the pictures. It is a beautiful three-story home convenient to shops and restaurants. The house is very spacious and most importantly clean. My favorite part was the balcony space in my bedroom. Monta also ensured to meet me and my guest at the home to give us a home tour. We had a great time and highly suggest booking this home.

Home Review

Home was nice, clean and as represented. We had three people stay. The hot water in the showers was poor. Water got to luke warm at best. House was missing some typical kitchen features like coffee maker and toaster, but otherwise was a nice home that has most other necessities you might need. Ensuring that the hot water to the showers is working appropriately should be a priority for guests

Less than advertised

Things that should be standard were missing. No toiletries other than bathsoap with a dispenser that did not fit the bottle and a bottle that was half full. No hand soap on the sink in the bathrooms. No paper towels in bathrooms or kitchen. Cleaning of the property was average at best. Would not stay here again. Pricey for value delivered.

Those items missing were in the cabinet below sink that you speak of sorry you didn’t have a chance to look under the sink and that the cleaner mistakenly didn’t put the complimentary toiletries out and 3bed 3.5 bath modern 3 story home housing 6 people with private outside space for less than 3 separate hotel rooms in the area wasn’t of value in your opinion. Last but not least I met you at check in and you didn’t mention anything that wasn’t cleaned during walkthrough or any of the days you stayed even though I know it was cleaned we value your opinion and now will ask guest to sign clearance at walk through of condition of property to prevent any discrepancies.
