Wonderful rental!

Everything about the stay was exactly as described in the listing. They communicated well during the rental process, the staff was very welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable. And the location worked very well for our activities. I hope to return next summer!

Great location, nice room

The location is great. Two short blocks to Central Park. Short walk to Times Square and theaters. Subway around the corner. Room was nice. Plenty of space. Front desk staff were great. Friendly, helpful, responsive.

Macys Parade

Me and my sister came for my niece who cheered for spirit of America in the Macys day parade. Our stay was in a perfect location for viewing the parade and the staff was so amazing, they took care of all our needs. Great area and immaculately clean. We had the best time of our lives.

New york

The Hilton is well maintained and it was a fantastic location, but I do think the picture of the room with the couch needs to be pulled from the listing. That is not the room you get and it can be confusing when booking.

The room was clean and the location was excellent. We were not informed about the "short stay" fee of 92 until check-in. That should have either been included in our fee for the room, or we should have been told about it prior to checking in at the desk.

Thank you for your review and for highlighting our clean accommodations and excellent location. We're delighted that these aspects of your stay met your expectations. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the short-stay fee. We understand how frustrating it can be to encounter an unexpected charge at check-in, and we apologize for any confusion this caused. Transparency is important to us, and we will review how this fee is communicated to ensure future guests are better informed prior to arrival. Thank you again for sharing your experience. We value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even smoother stay in the future.
