Damage Deposit:
A $300 refundable damage deposit will be held on the guest`s payment method at check in. This is a temporary hold (not a charge) and will be released if the property is returned in good condition.

We have neighbors, and noise complaints will not be tolerated.

We welcome hypoallergenic pets at the property. Please let us know at the time of booking if a pet will accompany you. Dogs must be kept on a leash in all shared spaces, and we kindly ask that pets remain off the furniture throughout your stay.
