Nice, relaxing environment

We stayed for a few days over spring break. The house was great and we enjoyed laying out by the pool. Close to the highway and only 10-15 minutes from downtown. Our code did not work at check in, but a quick call to customer service and they reset it and we got in.

Graduation trip

We had a wonderful stay. The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood close to restaurants and stores. I chose the location because it is a mile away from my brother’s house & we were there for my niece’s graduation. The pictures of the house are exactly what we saw. The house is clean, well equipped and had the perfect amount of space for all of us. Look forward to staying there again when the need arises.

This house had plenty of room for all of us. The house is clean and very nice. The pool certainly looks inviting and clean but we unfortunately just didn’t have time to enjoy it. There are plenty of amenities in the house. The house is in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. Look forward to staying here again in the future.

Beautiful, very clean home. The open concept kitchen with large living area was spacious. We never used the gym.The cappacino machine was a big hit.The pool wth gazebo was wonderful. We did use the office with media screen for a presentation. Be aware check in is at 4 pm and, unlike hotels, there no "wiggle room" so plan accordingly. The property is managed by Vacasa. Also the "grill" is really a smoker. I'd come back in a heartbeat!

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay here. We spent time by the pool and relaxed with our dogs. We enjoyed the sauna and gum as well. We found that the place was pretty clean besides a few dirty dishes that were piled away. The only major problem we encountered was on our last day when we had a plumbing issue and did not hear back from the host. Hopefully, the issue was able to be resolved. We would have enjoyed another stay here with the dogs, but it seems like the property no longer allows dogs. Will be recommending this place if plumbing issues are no longer an issue in the future. Great place and neighborhood.

We did have a handyman visit the home after your departure, and he was able to resolve the issue by clearing a blockage caused by paper towels. We always recommend guests avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper to help prevent problems like this. We understand the change in pet policy is disappointing, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Excellent location and property

Stayed here for a couple of nights during a home renovation. The location was super convenient for us being just off the highway and near to lots of restaurants and stores. The neighborhood is quiet and clean, the property is very well maintained both inside and outside, and the host provides lots of nice little extras to make the stay convenient (plenty of soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, down to Q-tips). There is a great office I worked in for one day as well as reliable internet. The kids loved the pool and hanging out outside and the layout was comfortable for everyone. Would definitely stay here again if the need arises, it felt safe and was a relaxing, clean environment. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay overall, but unfortunately there were several issues that made the experience less comfortable than expected. We noticed two roaches during our visit, found a dirty fork in the kitchen, and the downstairs closet floor had leaves and debris. The downstairs mattress had large stains, which made us uncomfortable using it. The outside furniture was also dirty, with leaves and dirt on it. Additionally, there were no directions provided for how to use the pool lights.The house itself was nice, but these issues took away from the overall experience.

Mostly good

Overall the stay was totally fine. Check in and check out were super easy. The listing was misleading. There wasn't a hairdryer etc as listed. There were no baking sheets or a microwave. There were no Kleenex. There was a toaster oven but it didn't work. We had to have a plumber come due to some issues we noticed like no hot water when we got there but that was super easy. All of the mattresses were super soft. The backyard was beautiful. The gym and sauna were great.

Absolutely beautiful experience

The house became available prior to advertised and we received a text, from Vacasa advising that we could "check in" early. Although we did not take advantage, it was nice to be given the notification. The house was very clean, warm and homey. The kitchen is well equipped and, although I brought keurig pods for a keurig that was not there, there was coffee and filters which made that initial morning much better than it would have been had it been a coffeeless morning. The beds are comfortable and the back yard offers plenty of space for relaxing by the pool. The pressure in the master shower left much to be desired, I can not speak for the other shower. All things considered, we will, definitely, be inquiring about this house for future trips to the Austin area.
