We did send our team out to check on the hot water, and it was reported that hot water was available throughout the condo, but the temperature was adjusted to be warmer for your comfort. Regarding the dryer, we apologize that it was giving you trouble — we do have an appliance technician scheduled to address the issue to ensure it’s working properly for future guests. We understand the frustration around the towel situation, and according to our team’s inspection photos, more than six towels were stocked in the unit. That said, we would have been more than happy to drop off additional towels or address any other concerns had we known during your stay. We also wish the other issues had been reported during your visit so we could have promptly addressed them for you. Your comfort is very important to us, and we’re always here to help.
