Stayed here for our annual crabbing trip and as before, it was a great getaway. House could use some updates but it suits our needs just fine. One of the best full bay views. We will be back

This property was as described, clean, spacious, well stocked, and very comfortable. The view is out of this world, we spent hours just watching the bay as the tide went in and out, and the sunsets were dynamic. Lots of birds and other wildlife, we even had a rabbit visit daily. We would definitely stay here again.

House was extremely clean upon arrival. Plenty of room for a lot of vehicles. Great view and plenty of amenities for cleaning crabs. We have been renting this house every year for the last 10 years and it never disappoints.

The view is stunning, the rooms were clean and comfortable and there was plenty of space for all. In our case, we were all women coming for a retreat and we each wanted our own bed. While this property can sleep 10-12, I’d say 7-9 if each person wants their own bed. I hosted a betrayed women’s retreat here and the space was cozy and intimate, perfect for our gathering. I hope to stay here again!

Cozy, but with lots of spaces to spread out.

Fabulous views, great deck, awesome setting for the hot tub. Feels like you are right on the bay. Comfy beds and furniture.

Beautiful

This Bourbon Place Retreat was absolutely beautiful. We stayed for to celebrate our anniversary with many of our close friends. The house was huge and easily accommodated all of our guests. We all had a great time!!

Amazing Views!!!

We all had a wonderful time at this house! Close to Oceanside which is our favorite beach! We spent a lot of time on the front deck taking in the beautiful bay and wildlife. Thank you!

I love this place. You can't beat the view and the space for parking. Large table for large group. Do not have to travel far for the sights. Close to Charter fishing as well. Hope to rent again.

Good value for money in terms of space. Game/bunk room is so so fun and an amazing way to spend time. The property is less handicap accessible than I'd hoped (main floor bathroom has a high step in tub, bathroom with walk in shower is down 3 stairs without a hand rail and no grab bars in any showers or tubs). Also they don't mention that the two bedrooms on the main floor are attached to each other by a frosted glass door, so not great for couples having privacy. Beach on the bay is not walkable at all- I should have done more research about that. Overall we loved our stay despite the house being a little shabby because there was plenty of space to hangout and the property was very comfortable and easy to enjoy

Beautiful view, great hot tub, good location, comfortable beds, adequately appointed kitchen. Would have been nice to have enough TP. Had no paper towels, plastic wrap, coffee or tea. Cleaning and folding all towels before leaving was a bit strict...

Crab house

We’ve stayed here 6 times and it’s a perfect man house. Lots of parking, crab cleaning station, tons of beds, and a million dollar view. We had a blast yet again hanging with buddies standing around a fire pit eating all the crab we caught out in the bay. Amazing time. On the flip side I’d never bring my immediate family here because it’s outdated and could use a deep clean. It’s a guy house. I’ll be back for years to come if it’s still available. The calm nights and sunsets are some of the best views I’ve enjoyed from around the world.
