Property was just as represented and hosts responded quickly to questions we had. I highly recommend this property. We were four adults staying there and it was nice to have individual bathrooms with each bedroom. The kitchen had more supplies than any other vacation home we have stayed at would definitely book again

Great location! This was perfect for driving to and from the rodeo grounds. The house was very clean and had amenities you might need. I will book here again.

There were a lot of things not working. Kitchen faucet had to be replaced, the trash can didn’t work, the master and kitchen bath didn’t work, the ironing board had to be replaced. We didn’t start enjoying the property until the 3rd day. When I got home I had to go to er due to bumps all over my right arm itching. I contacted them and no response. That was very disappointing. I paid but don’t think I got my moneys worth.

Wanted a family getaway to Houston for the first time and we stayed at Armando & Fernando's place. Location was great for what we needed it for, felt safe in the surrounding neighborhood so that was a plus. Communication with Fernando & Armando was great, they answered all my question that I had. They had a 3rd party identity check that we had some issues with but we did get it resolved. First time using something like this on VRBO, but I understand they need to protect their property. House is pretty accurate as the picture stated. Would rent again if in the Houston area and available. Thank you so much for the hospitably
