27 Nancy Place is a Spacious 3 bedroom 2.5 bath located in the Wimberly section of the Isle of Hope. It is Ideally situated for family's relocating to Savannah, or people who have short term business in the area.

On the first floor you will find two bedrooms with queen beds and large closets, 1.5 baths, a dining area, reading room and an activity room. The spacious open kitchen overlooks the living room and entertainment center. The laundry room has a washer/dryer and wine fridge. Outside you will find a Viking grill and fire pit on the back porch.

The second floor suite includes a walk-in closet, private vanity and master bath with a jacuzzi tub and stand-in shower. There is a small home gym/office, and a sun filled landing overlooking the back yard. Plenty of closets for storage throughout. Price includes all utilities and lawn service. Garage is kept as storage for LL.
