Wake up to the soothing sound of waves on the ocean from the Master Bedroom Suite complete with a king size bed, full size private bathroom, vanity area and multiple closets. Once you're awake you can venture out to the balcony to sit with your morning coffee and watch the sunrise on the ocean. After breakfast enjoy a nice leisurely walk along the beach where you can visit the famous Cocoa Beach Pier 3 blocks to the north or the world renowned Ron Jons Surf Shop 6 blocks to the south. After enjoying the beach and the sand you can come back to the condo to enjoy the solitude of our year round heated pool surrounded with a resort feeling landscape.

Our unit also features two additional guest bedrooms. One guest bedroom with a queen size bed and another with two twin size beds. There is another full size bathroom for guests and a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Our outside wraparound deck has sun all day and features views of the ocean and the Banana River. There is a huge storage closet at the end of the outside deck which houses multiple beach chairs, a beach buggy, umbrellas, a table with chairs, and lounge chairs.

Our unit also has a dedicated parking spot as well as additional spots for guests.
