Starting on Monday July 13th, 6 the building will begin applying rooftop coatings on the carports. They will tape off sections as work progresses. We ask visitors and owners to park in the front parking area or along the back fence to ensure vehicles are protected. There is a decent amount of visitor parking at Cocoa Beach Towers. They will also be grinding and painting the curbs. The building expects the work to last 2-3 weeks.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

A great, well described unit. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a great balcony view of The Beach. We enjoyed the lay out, a lot of space, and a quiet building in a busy area. Good beach and huge pool. Only issue is there is no blind or curtains for the living room glass doors. Adding that would be 100%.

The condo was great . It was very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities needed. The view from the balcony was exceptional and the location was within walking distance of the pier, restaurants, and stores. Also a great location to watch launches from Kennedy space Center.The host was very personable and responded quickly to a couple questions. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay, beautiful condo!

The condo was beautiful! Had everything we needed and right on the beach! Host responded quickly to any questions I had. Stocked with lots of beach supplies and kitchen equipment. Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby. Would definitely stay here again
