We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The management team was amazing in all response. The heated pool made the trip so memorable for our little. Then the waterpark inside the resort was and extra added bonus for our non park days. Can't wait to come back!

Windsor was amazing. We arrived early so we went to the clubhouse and was able to check-in there. check-in was easy. We enjoyed the clubhouse while we waited for our rental home to be available.

Pros- size of the property and proximity to DisneyCons- everyone complained about the poor quality of the mattresses (2) the property needs a deep cleaning. i.e. the grout between the floor tile was not initially black. The walls need a thorough cleaning.(3) the washer and dryer need replacing. They are functional but not very efficient and the drum on the dryer is very loud.(4) the furniture is not functional for family gatherings with small children and could also use some updating

Fantastic

Beautiful house professionally decorated and very large. It easily accommodated my large family gathering (at least 20 of us) and the amenities kept everybody satisfied. I was a little put off by the security process to enter the complex, the lines were long and if you do not indicate the names of who will be entering (if they are in a separate car) they will not be allowed to enter. The host was very helpful with this, adding the additional names very quickly after I reached out. If I needed that much space again, I would definitely stay here.

Villa was in a good location at the Windsor Island resort. The resort had a really nice pool and clubhouse which we enjoyed. The security around the resort was good although we experienced delays in getting in and out (especially around Labour Day where it was extremely busy). The pool in the villa was good and we used it daily. The washing machine and dryer and the games room were good.Areas to improve: the villa wasn’t as clean as we’d like when we arrived. The bedding didn’t feel the right quality or as clean as we’d like. There were no guides or instructions available for the Villa - we had to find out for ourself about the jacuzzi, oven and tv’s. The fencing around the pool was tired and it needs cushions on the seating outside. Whilst enjoyed our time at the villa it wasn’t as good as we’d expect.
