The Sea Spray is beautifully decorated, with breathtaking ocean views, stunning sunrises, and access to a private sandy beach. The Rachel Carson Nature Refuge surrounds Granite Point, with winding paths through Timber Point. Cross the tidal river to Goose Rocks Beach and Timber Island during low tide. Swim, fish, search for sand dollars & sea glass, kayak & paddleboard, or sunbathe at the private beach, all while taking in the fantastic ocean views. Or sit in the Adirondack chairs, sip coffee, and gaze at the ocean.
The house sleeps 6 and has 3 full bathrooms, an additional hot-water outdoor shower, 3 bedrooms, a living and dining room, an office/reading nook, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Amenities include sheets/blankets for all beds, towels and toilet paper in all bathrooms, beach towels, a Keurig coffee maker with pods, 2 TVs, an outdoor grill, a washer/dryer, a microwave, an air fryer, a waffle maker, a blender, large pots for steaming lobster, and plenty of serving and dining pieces for dinner parties or quiet meals. There are also enough spices to get your meals started. There are also beach chairs, umbrellas, corn hole boards, spike ball, Bocce ball, indoor games and puzzles, an extensive library of biographies, mystery books, children's books, and much more. You will also have use of a kayak, a canoe, and a paddleboard.
Magnificent ocean views from the en-suite master bedroom and balcony access. The second bedroom also has access to the balcony, and the quaint third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The dining room seats 6-8. The living room has 2 sofas, an easy chair, a 40-inch HDTV, a DVD player, and WIFI. Upstairs, there is a scenic, cozy nook/office perfect for relaxing, reading, or taking in the views.
There's a picnic table under the deck, a flower garden, and a gas grill outdoors. On the lawn, you can play a serious game of corn hole, Bucket Golf, or Spike Ball.
Granite Point area, north of Goose Rocks and south of Biddeford Pool. Quiet road: 15 min drive to Old Orchard Beach, 10 min to Kennebunkport, and 30 min to Portland, seemingly hours from the hectic tourist scene.
In August, a 7-night Saturday-to-Saturday stay is required. During the spring and fall, a 2-night stay is required.
We are located 2 miles from Fortunes Rocks Beach Public Beach and 3 miles from Goose Rocks Public Beach.

Trash pickup is Monday at 5am. Please bring cans to the end of the driveway and place so it can be picked up by mechanical arm. They will not get out of truck to adjust trash can
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My father built this beautiful home in 2012, next door to our vacation home since 1970. Granite Point has been a tradition in our family for 53 years.
Why they chose this property
The private beach has calm waters protected by the cove. Only 2 miles away is the open ocean with great surf at Fortunes Rock public beach. Three miles north is Biddeford Pool, with a few restaurants, a local grocer, and a wonderful gift shop. Four miles south is Goose Rocks Beach, Kennebunkport, which offers an excellent tennis club, a calm, open beach, and the historic Tides Inn Beach club and restaurant. Eight miles south is Cape Porpoise, which has many restaurants, Bradbury’s Grocery store, a fishmonger on the Wharf, and shops. Kennebunkport, the large tourist village, is 11 miles away.
