This beautiful property is indeed an oasis, from the lovely fenced-in back yard to the spacious interior. Location, location, location - just a few steps from the beach, and on a quiet street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time staying in this home! It is very spacious inside, with room for everyone to hang out and relax. The kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard is private and fenced in so that our pups could be there without us worrying. Best of all, it was a very short walk to the beach, where we did a morning walk every day.

4.8/5 — Wonderful stay in Scarborough!We had a fantastic stay at this home at Pine Point Beach!! The house was spotless, beautifully furnished, and stocked with everything we needed. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.The kitchen was a standout—great amenities, quality cookware, and all the little extras that made cooking and staying in super convenient.The only small suggestion I’d offer is regarding the carpet on the stairs. There were some noticeable stains, and with the price point and prime location of the home—along with all the other wonderful amenities—replacing it would really make the property feel even more perfect.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!

My husband and I grew up in Portland, Maine and moved to a town just outside of it about 12 years ago. We both have always loved the beach and jumped at the opportunity to own such a beautiful home just steps from the beach! We are first time hosts, but after staying at a number of rentals, we believe we know what your stay should be like!

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is quaint and has a friendly community of people staying from all over, especially during the summer months! A great neighborhood for taking a nice walk or bike ride. We most enjoy the property being right across from one of the beach access points. We have young children and understand the convenience of being able to get to and from the beach with little effort! Very close, walking distance for some, to lots of great food options.

What makes this property unique

4 King Street is a charming home that will truly feel like your own during your stay! We have lots of amenities to make the transition from home to rental, seamless. The backyard is the bonus to this home! A beautiful fire pit to enjoy with another sitting area as well as an outdoor shower to wash the beach off before heading in!
