Tannenbaum II Condominium complex is one of our most popular destinations with its convenient location near the ski area. Nestled in a wooded area, these units are beneath towering Blue Spruce trees that will truly enhance the Colorado experience as you relax on your private balcony.
Less than a five minute walk to the Quicksilver Super Chair at the Peak 9 Base Area, take a quick stroll over a bridge and start your ski day. When you're done ski down to the base and walk back across the bridge to the complex and take retreat in your unit. If nightlife is what you are looking for, it is a short walk to the Peak 9 Village and all of the restaurants and shops on Park Avenue and Main Street in the heart of downtown.
You will enjoy staying in this 228 square foot, hotel style and one bathroom unit. The unit features two Queen beds encased in comfortable, traditional bedding and wood furnishings. The bedroom also features a TV, coffee maker, closet and dresser for storage. The bathroom has cabinets for off-sink storage and a tub shower with sliding glass doors that all ensure a stress free vacation.
All units feature high speed internet and access to the on-site coin operated laundry facility. The common area deck is equipped with two grills and picnic area to accommodate any size group. Guests of Tannenbaum can enjoy access to the newly renovated Columbine Recreation Center (offsite, located across Columbine Road) with an outdoor heated pool, 4 outdoor oversized hot tubs, and changing rooms. The Tannenbaum complex is located at the South end of Breckenridge and one block walking distance to the Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle Stop.
We wanted to provide you with an update on the upcoming elevator project. We anticipate beginning work in mid-to-late October. Once the project begins, we anticipate it will take approximately 2 - 4 weeks to complete. Please note that the elevator will be out of service for the duration of the project.

I’d reconsider my star rating if the owners took the money I spent and bought a new mattress with it. They don’t even have to spend a lot, but what they have is unacceptable. There are two in there, One is acceptable and not an issue, but the other one was Horrible! Go figure, we got the horrible one when my daughter got the good one. I thought about bribing her to switch mattresses, but she isn’t that stupid. The location is outstanding (within walking distance to peak 9) and the place was very clean. If that is your standard, it works.

I texted them a question or two and you could tell that we were just talking to a computer. Even though the parking lot was virtually empty the last night, they wouldn't give us a second parking pass. I understand using AI for customer service saves money but based on the price we paid, none of that savings was passed on to us.
