Property is convenient and was adequate for what I needed as a family of four. Indoor pool was nice when the rain came. The kitchen was recently renovated, definitely a plus.

Fall Break

Over all I enjoyed the views and stay. The guest bed for my family member was a little uncomfortable. The living room furniture has definitely seen better days and is not comfortable to sit on. Had a problem the first night with the bath not draining but it was quickly resolved.would probably stay again.

Images on line are not accurate. Nice bedding and pillows but rest of the furniture old and sagging. The TVs, cable , WIFI and internet went down every day and had to call for maintenance each day of my stay. Bathtubs old and chipped with leaking faucets. Pictures of the place are deceiving. Not at all as nice as it looks.

Perdido Sun

Average condo nothing great nothing terrible The VRBO listing incorrectly indicated 2 beds in the guest bedroom which could have been a big deal but we had a family member that couldn't make the trip so worked out luckily. The sofa and chair are old and need replaced, cushions kept sliding out whenever you sat on the sofa. Primary batch is very small as is the balcony. The property itself is good as is the beach access. Probably would stay at this property again but not in this particular unit.

The view was beautiful. Great location. However, the communication was awful with the exception of the supervisor Angel. I was told when I got there that my contract was never signed. I never received any notification to sign it. I asked for the check in code, and was only given one code after the check in time. When I asked the representative why did she only give me one code, she stated I did not ask for the codes, only code. How was I to know there were 2 codes. Angel was the only one who was helpful and understanding. There were multiple stains on the walls and blood stains on the stool. I immediately reported it upon arrival. I will definitely stay in this area, just not here.
