Everything was good except , the parking situation is not made clear at all . Wasted the 1st hour trying to get ahold of the host and driving around trying to figure out where in the world this free parking was supposed to be and its no where, where you'd expect and not labeled at all .

This was the perfect place for my husband, me and our 2 teens who each wanted their own space. The location was superb and right in the heart of Manitou Springs...easy to pop out for meals and small-town shopping...and the patio was the perfect place to sit and watch the thunderstorms pass through. The unit was exactly as advertised, but I do want to say that the room with the Queen bed can only be accessed through the master bedroom or the Broncos twin bed room...it was fine for us, but I thought I would mention it. We had no issues with the music from the retail location below (as reported in some people's comments). We did not receive specific information about where to park; I called the phone number provided which was answered immediately and I got the information I needed...super easy. The condo is great and the town is great...we would highly recommend this place!

Manitou girls weekend

This is a great location for our trip. We love being right in the heart of Manitou Springs, rasy to walk to the shops and restaurants. This home was very comfortable. I would love to stay here again.

Girls Trip

Wonderful property with great access to many Colorado Springs attractions. So many shops and restaurants in walking distance. Very friendly town. Lots of space to spread out and enjoy our time with great friends.

In the heart of manitou Springs

Cute apartment right in the middle of Manitou Springs. Close to everything! Great place to jump off to all the sites in the great little town. Property was very clean and in great condition.

123 canon ave stay for usaf academy graduation

This is our second stay and it is our favorite place in Colorado to visit. The location is just outstanding and it’s always spotlessly clean when we get there. This was a big day for our family with my son graduating from the US Air Force Academy and this was the perfect place to celebrate.

I gave the property a five star rating based on location, cleanliness, and provided parking. Our only issue was with the very loud alternative music blaring all day from the store below. I would recommend this property but be aware of the noise situation.

Great location

The location was great and we really appreciated the dedicated parking for the city serves as overflow for customers for Pike's Peak COG. Once parked we were able to walk around Manitou Springs. Only disappointment was that the AC was unable to cool the appartment and when opened the windows we heard the street noise for the property is in the heart of the city.

The home was very clean and spacious! The beds were comfortable and we loved the location! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the lay out of the rooms was strange. The room with the double bed is located inside the master bedroom so you have to walk through the master to get to it. Also, the shop downstairs played loud music all day that you could hear in the home upstairs.
