Our family needed some rest and relaxation in the mountains, and our stay here was just what we needed. We had a great time playing pool, taking a dip in the pool, making meals in the kitchen, and doing yoga in the upper level living space. Our little fur family members had a great time too enjoying the new sights and smells around. The location had good privacy while not being far activities. Great stay!

The property was beautiful and it was a great retreat for my entire family. The owner was easy to reach and met all of our needs. There was plenty to do and very little need to leave the property. We did happen to be at the property during one of the hottest weeks of the year and because the house is painted a dark color the AC's did have some trouble keeping up, but it was never hot inside.Overall it was great.

The host was responsive and accommodating. The pool downstairs wasn’t heated but they had the pool people there as soon as I notified them and had it fixed. House was spacious and very nice. Would definitely stay again.

This was a beautiful cabin, great design, very clean and close to everything. We had quite a few issues unfortunately although the host didn’t respond, we kept getting promises that things would be looked at or straightened out and the night before check out we got a message saying someone would come over that night and fix the problems that we were having. We were supposed to check out the next morning by 10 AM by that time or stay was technically over so we had all of our family, which consist of a great deal of teens, which is why we rented the house so to say the least everybody was pretty disappointed in some of the amenities, not working and some of the issues with the showers and such and no water pressure became a tad of an issue as well where more than one person could not be using the water at once. As I said gorgeous property very comfortable and clean plenty of linens and things, but I think maybe the customer service needs to be worked on just a tad or maybe something

Canopy Crest Cabin exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were immaculate and well-equipped with all necessary supplies. The host demonstrated exceptional hospitality and professionalism throughout our stay. Our family had a great time and we definitely plan on returning.

Place was great. First time TN visitors. There were a couple cleaning issues. Was leftover beer cans in the pool from last visitors. Some knives and two baking sheets were really dirty. Wish that a spice, oils, foil, basics cabinet would be left from visitor to visitor. We contributed a couple basic spices like garlic powder if you do. Plastic drinking cups were cracked from dishwasher and leaked. Hot tub smelled a bit funny but was still usable. Wished for another trask can or two in some rooms. BBQ grill was pretty gross to where we did not even use it. Games were fine but one of them was broken. Pool table was great. Game room leaked during rain from windows seals. I do have video and pictures if you'd like to see.

We enjoyed our family celebration at this property.Pool, hot tub and game room, fire pit were the highlights.Be aware the kitchen is not well equipped (no seasoning, foil, saran, poor quality pots and pans). Pack according.HVAC is hard to climate control due to design of home.

We loved the house, it fit our family perfectly! There were many broken items in the home which was disappointing. The waterfall didn’t work in the pool and from what the pool man told us it had been broke for a while. The top floor shower could not get hot water but the sink did. Plus the water pressure just trickled in the top shower. The Pac-Man game was missing a controller and left a whole in the machine. The rack to rack the pool table balls was broken. The grill hadn’t been cleaned in a while and had built up grease which resulted in grease fires. Last but not least the floors were filthy! After all these annoying things we still had a wonderful family vacation. The house is wonderful but needs some repairs.

The house was clean and neat. Plenty of space for the 9 of us with dogs. We had one issue with kitchen lights not working - suspected a breaker issue. The host responded and sent someone out to reset it since the breaker box was located underneath the house which wasn't safe for us to access. The opening and closing of the dishwasher was difficult and had previously been reported to the Host. The pool was not warmed up when we arrived. I felt that if you have guests checking on a certain day the pool maintenance crew should have heated it for us upon arrival. The house is located off a very windy road in a quiet area which is good if you want peace and quiet after site seeing. But keep that in mind when returning for the evening. It took us about 20-30 minutes to get to Dollywood, Gatlinburg, etc.
