The open-concept kitchen and dining area lead directly outside to the bluestone patio, heated pool, outdoor entertaining area, BBQ, hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor shower. Amazing location, just minutes to the town of Amagansett and beautiful ocean beaches, or walkable/bikeable to the peaceful Barnes Hole beachAcross two floors of living space, there are a total of five bedrooms and three full bathrooms. There are two, separate living rooms- one upstairs, one downstairs, both with TVs and wood-burning fireplaces. The property is fully furnished with brand new mattresses and linens, fully stocked kitchen plus all the gear you will need for an ideal vacation -- beach chairs, lawn games, pool floats, board games, kids stuff, access to our kayak, bicycles, and more.
