This well presented 1st floor 2 bed apartment with private large roof solarium( with views towards the salt lakes) is located in the established area of Dream Hills on the Orhuela Costa, Costa Blanca a short 15-20 minutes drive from the town of Torrevieja.

There are also two well sized communal pools available for you to use, which are a 5 min walk from the apartment

The apartment is comfortably furnished to offer you a hassle free home from home holiday and will make a ideal base for either family holidays or golf party's

Dream Hills is easily accessible from both Alicante(1hrs approx) and Murcia(1hrs approx) airports.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Return the keys
Please make sure the oven/hob, air fryer and coffee machine are left clean.Also all crockery and cutlery used are all washed up, to avoid extra cleaning charge.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
When locking/unlocking door, key will only go in one way, attempting to force it the wrong way will jam the lock incurring you a 80€ locksmith charge.
Please note when storing pool card do not place it near to your mobile telephone as this is known to decoded it, preventing you entry to the pool.
Please do not leave the aircon running when you leave the property and make sure all windows and doors are closed for it to work effectively.
