Vacation bungalow with a garden property only 3 minutes away from the beach

Look forward to a modern and cozy vacation home that offers plenty of space for you to relax and feel completely at ease.

There is sleeping space for up to 5 people:
The large bedroom features a 1.80 m wide double bed, the children’s room has a bunk bed, and there is a pull-out couch in the extended living area.

In the spacious, light-filled living and dining area, comfort is a top priority:
Take a seat on the comfortable sofa arrangement with plenty of pillows and blankets. There are books to browse through, games for the little ones, Wi-Fi access, a radio/CD player with an USB port, and a 49-inch UHD TV with Telekom’s Magenta TV.

Eat whenever you want, whatever you want, and wherever you want:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and much more. A large grill awaits its turn on the covered patio.
You decide! Cook or grill? Dining room or terrace?

The small bathroom is equipped for a luxurious shower experience with a walk-in shower featuring a rain showerhead and an additional handheld showerhead.

The large garden and the terrace surrounding the house offer plenty of space. In the garden, a beach chair invites you to relax, and for the little ones, there’s a sandbox with sand toys. A high chair and a travel crib are gladly provided free of charge upon request.
There are plenty of parking spaces available for cars.

The vacation home is quietly located on a private road with only two houses.
The beach is just a 4-minute walk away, and it’s only a few more minutes’ walk to the heart of Scharbeutz. There are many shopping options just a few minutes away by car.

Scharbeutz—laid-back and lively:
A fine sandy beach, a long waterfront promenade, dune grass, a fitness trail, activity and sports beaches, restaurants and boutiques near the beach, a pier, a beach bar, an ice cream parlor, crêperie, spa gardens, dune golf, large pirate playground, spa gardens, Baltic Sea thermal baths, a green and expansive hinterland with many hiking and biking trails, beautiful neighboring towns, and much more—let us surprise you!

Current prices as of January 2025:
- €10 per person for bed linens, bath towels, shower towels, and kitchen towels (excluding beach towels)
- €90 for final cleaning
- Local tourist tax per adult per day (high season May 15 through Sept. 14: €3.50/day; low season: €1.90/day).
