30 day min rentals only. Welcome to the Plum Bungalow! This is a super unique property in an amazing location close to everything. This is not an ikea furnished rental, this is a family home available to the right renter for several months a year. The artwork is hand painted by the owner's mother and the furnishings are selected to be functional and cozy. This space is ideal for a visiting nurse or working professional. It is within 1 mile of everything you need, very walkable and bikeable. . Please note, the lower-level bedroom and living space are in a finished basement and is not very suitable for anyone over 6'2". Upstairs has a full work setup with new Samsung monitor, laptop stand and keyboard. It's a wonderful setting for anyone who works from home or needs a home office.
The setup of the home essentially has two master bedrooms each with a queen bed and its own bathroom. Upstairs bathroom has a clawfoot tub/shower combo and lower level has a very spacious bathroom with standing enclosed shower.
The living room has a wonderful couch, 2 trendy boucle chairs, and a new 70" OLED smart Samsung TV. Rental includes utilities and cleaning service is available for an additional fee. Landscaping is included but guests are encouraged to play in the gardens if desired. Snow removal is by tenant.
The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet filled with families of all kinds. Sit on the amazing covered front porch and sip coffee to start the morning while neighbors walk by with furry friends. This is home, look no further.

We loved staying at Plum house! It's beautiful, in a fantastic location on a quiet street close to Old Town and had everything we needed for our extended stay. Lauren was super helpful and responsive with a couple of questions we had early in our stay. We highly recommend this home!

I searched for months before landing on this amazing home in Old Town. This location is perfect- quiet, yet walkable to everything. Close to campus, but not too close, private yet in a community- it really is ideal.
