Perfect Summer rental in Atlantic Highlands only 10 minutes from the beach! Beautiful and productive organic vegetable garden in tranquil neighborhood. Beach ready with outdoor shower and patio to bbq. First floor bedroom and full bathroom and a spacious newly finished basement with sofa bed and full bathroom. Great for couples or small family looking for a charming rental that is super convenient and easy.
***Our friendly and independent cat, Tomate, has his own in/out door. Renters only need to leave dry food for him once a day. He spends most of his time in the garden and patio in the summer!
