Very clean, well-appointed and bright space. Beautiful deck and view. The hot tub was clean and worked well. A quiet retreat with a quick and easy walk or drive into town. Host was very friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic location. The facility was so clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and the grill was a bonus. The hot tub was also a great perk to this already fantastic rental!!

They personally greeted us even before our stay. They met us at the unit and showed us around. The unit was new, beautifully decorated and well stocked with quality items. You could not ask for.more. would stay again!

This is an excellent choice for a cozy stay in the Black Hills. The host was very attentive and helpful while not being overbearing. The property was clean and well-furnished with all utilities and amenities working as advertised. It is very conveniently located on a low traffic road within easy walking distance of Hill City's Main Street. It also has a great view of the surrounding Black Hills from the front deck.
