A stay with us at the Rim View Retreat will offer you a relaxed vacation experience in Rim Country. This home has been completely remodeled and modernized. It offers the convenience of a smart home even down to the hands-free shower while still offering the ability to control everything traditionally as well. We have amenities that most homes do not offer such as heated toilet seats in both bathrooms. The kitchen has an induction stove so boiling water takes minutes. We offer LeeTV which has over 5000 channels including all Movie Channels and all Professional Sports Packages. This home overlooks Green Valley Park which offers a summer concerts series, and our back patio offers the VIP seating for the concerts or a seat for amazing sunsets. This is truly a dream getaway because we designed this home knowing it will be our retirement property. So enjoy it while it is available!!!

Everything was fantastic! This smart home had plenty of room. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with modern appliances.They had special touches everywhere, for example a doggie station and bed for our old dog. The owners had signs displayed to help with operations. If we needed anything, we were free to call them anytime.The owners were very hospitable. The ease of this modernized home made our stay in Payson perfect!

Exceptionally clean and comfortable, interior updates were stunning. Very dog friendly. Our elderly dog has never been so comfortable! Fully stocked. Wonderful home in Payson

We stayed here for a short weekend getaway to celebrate my birthday. The home is very clean and well-stocked wth everything we needed for a relaxing vacation! Check in was super easy and they had instructions for how to use everything in the house. It was colder and rainy the weekend we stayed up there, so we didn't get to enjoy the patio as much as we would have liked, but the cooler weather brought out the elk herd in the area and we were able to see them from the patio! There is a terrific view of the town park with a mountain backdrop. We will definitely be back!

Outstanding home

This house is BY FAR the nicest house we’ve stayed in. Usually, the house is not as good in reality as the pictures. In this case, the pictures don’t do the house justice. It is very dog friendly with a fenced yard. Our dog loved to sit outside and enjoy all the scents wafting by from the mountains and trees. The patio has a retractable awning and the patio furniture is very comfortable. The view overlooks the town and nearby park. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house is exceptionally clean and well stocked. The kitchen has more equipment than my house. There is a full set of spices and condiments, Keurig pods and a selection of teas and sweeteners. Everything is provided. The cabinets are soft close. There is a water dispenser in the kitchen with a dog bowl attachment. Each sink in the house has an automatic soap dispenser and upscale lotion. The master bath has a dual shower. Both bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Alexa can control the lights, house temperature and the showers. Or you can use the regular light switches. The house has four huge TVs with tons of channels and 5G Internet. There are even two phone chargers for you to charge your phones. This is a very nice, clean, upscale place. I hesitate to let anyone know about it because I want it to be available the next time I want to stay there.
