The third floor has the master with a king size bed, attached bath with a walk in shower. The second bedroom offers a twin day bed, work space and access to the master bath via hallway door. Also on this floor is another deck to enjoy some sunshine and a quiet place to read a book. Both decks off the master and living areas offer views of the water. There is a fenced paver patio area for relaxing/outdoor dining and also features the outdoor shower. Owner provides 4 beach tags for your convenience. Some of Avalon’s best beaches and Stone Harbor’s largest recreation field is just a two block walk. Tennis, baseball, soccer fields, playground, basketball and the Stone Harbor community center are there for all ages to enjoy. Sorry no pets. 78th & 79th beaches are guarded.
