New listing discount!! Located in the Village of Dunedin, enjoy what this centrally located 3-bedroom house has to offer. With soothing decor and cool vibes, this updated, well appointed property is truly a home away from home. The living room has a L-sectional, coffee table and 65" smart TV. The dining table comfortably seats 6 people. The kitchen with stainless steel appliances is well stocked, including a large coffee pot & Nespresso machine, waffle maker, rice cooker & toaster. The master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, 2 closets with built-ins, dual vanity, shower & a 50" smart TV. The guest bedroom has a queen bed & dresser. The den has a double sofabed, 55" smart TV and a table for work or games. There is a separate sunroom with a comfy loveseat that's perfect for snuggling with a book and a round marble table that seats 4 for your morning coffee and breakfast. Wind down in the evening with a glass of wine in the glass enclosed lanai with A/C. Brownwood, Sawgrass & 5 championship golf courses are within a 15-minute drive. Pickleball courts and pools are nearby (2 paddles & beach towels included). A new 2- seat gas golf cart, Weber grill, a bike, extra set of golf clubs and 2 folding chairs (for music in the square) are available for your use! A resident passes for 2 people for an extra $50 will include access to all amenities. My husband and I live in North Carolina and recently bought this vacation home to be near our children in Florida. We are excited to host you as our guests in our new home!

this property is an excellent location to all the fun spots and shopping. The owner has everything you need at your fingertips, she even has a pool bag packed and ready to use, along with the golf cart and barbecue.House and furniture is in great condition including the most comfortable mattress.Want for nothing just book and enjoy i.

Great Home and Owner Was Excellent

The location of the property was exactly where we wanted to be in The Villages. The house was spotless and everything we could have wanted was there. The process before hand was simple with the owner. Every detail was well thought out and everything in the house was perfect. We hope to stay again there in the future.

My husband, Bill and I moved from NY/NJ to Wilmington, NC to get away from snow! We love it in Wilmington but decided to buy a second home in The Villages to be closer to our kids who moved to all different areas of Florida and to play golf & pickleball!

Why they chose this property

We chose Dunedin because it is centrally location to Brownwood, Sumpter, Sawgrass and eventually, Eastport and so many golf courses!

What makes this property unique

We furnished our house for our own enjoyment and not as a rental. Our renters can also enjoy it as their second home!
