Steps away from the vibrant Point Dume Village, with its array of shopping and dining, the property offers access to some of SoCal’s most iconic beaches, including Zuma and Big Dume, as well as the Malibu Mountains, known for premier horseback and mountain biking trails. The estate also includes coveted access to Riviera III, a private surf break and beach.
This modern masterpiece boasts 5 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and an array of luxurious features, including 7 fire features, an office, an entertainment lounge with a video wall and bar, a detached guest house, and a gym. The dramatic entrance, flanked by two reflecting pools, four waterfalls, and a fire feature, leads along a floating walkway to a custom 8x10 copper door.
The spacious primary suite features two fireplaces, a walk-in closet, a spa-style bath, and a private balcony with breathtaking views. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to a stunning outdoor oasis, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The resort-style grounds are complete with a 70-foot pool, expansive lawn, fire pit, outdoor dining area, and a covered outdoor kitchen with a built-in BBQ and bar seating.
A private oversized motor court provides guest parking for up to 20 cars, along with a 3-car garage. With unmatched amenities, sophisticated design, and an unbeatable location with ocean views, this estate captures the essence of Malibu’s best-kept secret.
Kindly note that blinds have not yet been installed in four of the five bedrooms. They are expected to be in place by 11/25, please take this into consideration before booking.
Prior to departure, please take a photo of the two permit parking passes (if used) and place them back on the welcome tray located on the kitchen counter. A replacement fee will apply if either pass is lost or misplaced
